Willin Low, the chef-owner of Wild Rocket and its other sister restaurants is the chef-in-residence for Perrier-Jouet champagne, which recently launched a new dining concept where it creates a memorable culinary experience for specially selected guests.

The idea was dreamed up by Pernod Ricard's Singapore marketing team, which wanted to recreate the experience of the Perrier-Jouet's Maison Belle Epoque, its private guesthouse located in Epernay, the heart of Champagne.
