A very prestigious charity Gala Dinner for the Foundation Prince Albert II of Monaco for ecology opening its 8th branch in Singapore. A haute cuisine dinner specially created by 3 Michelin Stars Guy Savor followed by a glamourous ball, inspired by the most famous balls of the principality. With the generous support of everyone, 800 000 Singapore dollars (about 500 000 euros) have been raised for ecology on that night.
